- Rooms were spacious and tidy

- No free parking had to pay Mawaqif - I was informed there is no restaurant even though there was restaurant Menu in the room

Great for value Staff awesome Cleaniess of breakfast and options are bad

the receptionist was very nice and kind. she help a lot and answered lots of questions.

Good facility suiting our requirement to visit ISC for a function. Even though the check-out time was 12 noon.........they allowed us time till 1.00pm to check-out.

The breakfast was not as expected from a 3 to 4 star facility. Could have been better with so many nationalities seen staying there.

it was not clean at all, especially the bathroom. it was a problem with the paying machine

Bathroom was leaking in room number 412. No hotel sandals in the rooms.

The staff were really nice and friendly, overall the hotel was nice and cozy. The location was in a good spot to get food on the go and it was near to Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental where the event was taking place. The room were nice and cold and well lit. The location was prime for the amount of shops nearby and malls. Can't say much for a one night stay.

While the staff were really nice, the rooms were not so much. Again I understand I got what I paid for, but the lack of parking was annoying too. The beds were nice and clean but the walls had mole on it and the room smelled really weird (like a damp closet). The carpet was wet because of a water leakage (which the staff apologized for), but the lack of window of letting some fresh air in was also suffocating. If you get a better deal without breakfast, take it. Breakfast was bare bones at best, nothing you can't get at the nearby grocery.

It was a convenient location. Room with very basic amenities for the rate, could not expect more. Staff where very friendly.

As soon as we entered the room and inspected the room and bathroom we found a German cockroach. Also there was a lot of hair on the pillows so we had to request housekeeping to help us with. In general room cleanliness could be improved, under the bed was not cleaned at all. Felt I was let down from the Millennium hotel chain brand standards in terms of cleanness, I think the management needs to take more care of the property.

I did not like anything

This hotel stay gave me jitters. It started a when I came to pay for my booking on 1st and the person said your reservation will not reflect as it is long way to go after arguing he found it and I paid. When we checked in late evening we were given twin rooms and even reception person question to me if we are on honey moon as they could see the comments. TWIN BEDS FOR HONEYMOONERS this was ridiculous and staff bluntly said we cannot do anything. We slept on separate beds and then next day when we wanted to have shower there was not water and when complained the staff said we have problem of hot water in the hotel and ask us to move. We got a new room and when I picked up the room phone the chewing gum staff to my hand which was on telephone and then I wanted to drink coffee so I went to amenity section and found that they forgot to refill.....will spread the name of the hotel to all the people I know as I am also an hotelier

Really good value for the price. Nice room and bathroom and restaurant (buffet breakfast)

The Internet didn’t work for the 2 days I was there. Half the staff wasn’t much friendly. Not even answering to a Good Morning.

Hotel Is well clean and room are clean as well only had some smell in the room maybe the carpet is old.

TV seems to be not working and would be nice if they have room service at night for food

the room was not clean , it was very cold and the air conditioner was not working plus the price that was in booking is much less than the real price . they asked me to pay more there!!!

Lack of information about public services, very usual in almost all hotels in the UAE

The breakfast was very good. Fast friendly check in. Clean. Good wifi. 15-20 min walk from the sea. Big luxury mall is in 5 min walk.

When we entered the room we felt some smoke though the room was non smoking. The windows don't open. There is some smell of the old carpet in the hall.

The staff is too friendly, and the hotel location is near the city center.

The room wasn't that clean there were dust in the carpet, you have to pay for the parking, and the room lights is too dim.

The staff was friendly and helpful with parking spots and bringing an adapter to the room. Breakfast was enough for us and sufficient taking into account quality and price

The room wasn't very clean. Floor with dirt and hairs, the toilet wasn't clean and it wasn't pleasant at all, we had water flooded. Hard to avoid paying attention to hairs inside the bed. The pillows were very hard. Broken blinds in the bathroom's window.

You have to use public parking because the hotel dont have its own parking and at late night you cant find parking except the one dedicated for buildings residents.
